What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day return period to test out your vase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange it for free, as long as it’s in good condition and includes the original packaging.
Important Conditions
- The vase must be gently used and undamaged.
- Original packaging must be included.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
How do I return or exchange a vase?
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at support@freossi.co.UK with the following details:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return or exchange
- (If exchanging) The item you would like instead
We will then provide you with step-by-step instructions and a free return label.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned vase.
Card & PayPal payments: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a flat-rate fee of £4.99. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding our delivery options soon.

All payments are processed securely in GBP (£).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order via the courier’s website.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@freossi.co.uk. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel.
